Find a light blue suit, light blue shirt and blue tie. Using spray adhesive, cover the suit with a combination of fake snow and sparkling glitter, especially around the lapels and tie, with a dusting over your shoulders and the entire suit. Use white temporary dye on your hair, spike it straight up, and add some white glitter. Cover your face and any exposed skin with some pale white make-up and then a layer of body glitter.

Wear loose silken pants that are tight around your ankles, and a silken vest. Wrap a brightly-colored scarf around your waist as a belt. Wear golden wristbands and soft shoes with upturned toes. Make a turban out of shiny fabric and add a tall feather to the front.

Wear a white lab coat (or very large white long-sleeved shirt). Stuff a small pillowcase with cloth, close it, and sew it to the inside of the coat where the "hump" should go. Wear an old pair of dirty brown pants with the legs torn off raggedly just below the knee. Use a rope as a belt. An old ugly brown or gray t-shirt should also be ripped at the collar, sleeves, and bottom hem. For a finishing touch, carry a jar with brownish water (use mixed food coloring), with a chunk of cauliflower in it, which you have soaked in the brown water for at least a day (this is the brain). A shaved head is optional! Walk hunched over.

Everyone dresses in similar clothing, but with different colors and different accessories. Have one person (the boss?) dress completely like Waldo with the hat, scarf, glasses, shirt, etc.

Wear a furry leather loincloth, with leather armbands and a leather headband. Carry a large sword, with additional weapons hanging from your belt.

Headless Horseman

Find a box that fits over your head (the box from a 24-pack of bottled beer works best) and cut a half circle in the side for your head--the corners on the box will act as your "shoulders." Put an oversized dress jacket on top of the box with a semi-see-through piece of material underneath acting as the horseman's shirt (this is where your face will be). Stuff the jacket arms and pin one so it appears as though the hand is in the pocket. To make your "head" use a blown-up balloon covered with paper mache, with holes cut for eyes and a mouth. Get a wig and place it on top so this fake head looks more real. Place the fake head in the elbow of your pinned arm so it looks like you're carrying it. Put some fake blood around the top of the shoulders where the head would be (if it were not cut off) and in random spots for more of an effect.

Prince Charming wears a distinctive military-style jacket with fringed epaulettes, and pants with stripes on the sides. Colors are somewhat optional, but the jacket should be a light color and pants dark. Add a belt on the outside of the jacket, and a medal on the chest. Optional: carry a glass slipper.
